Notice Regarding Tariffs and Delays to the USA
Please note orders shipped to the USA may be subject to additional tariffs and duties as of August 29th, 2025. Any additional fees charged are at the discretion of US Border Services and may be up to 10% + 7.5% in state duties & fees.

General Shipping Information
100 Ways is proud to offer free shipping to Canada, USA, and Mexico on all orders over $300. For an additional fee, clients may select Priority Shipping at checkout (see below for more details).
For international orders, please see below regarding customs and duties. All packages shipped from Canada will be in accordance with federal policy and may be subject to applicable duties at the discretion of your local government.
Please allow for a minimum of 1-3 business days after placing your order for order processing and fulfillment. This applies to all orders, including those with Priority Shipping.
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, not including statutory holidays.
Shipping to Canada
We offer flat rate shipping of $20 CAD on any orders under $300 CAD.
All domestic orders are sent via tracked shipping with a request for signature.
If you are not available to sign for the package at the time of delivery, it will be rerouted to the nearest depot for redelivery or pickup. Most post offices will hold parcels for up to five business days, at which point it will be returned to the sender.

Canada Post offers shipping estimates for all major urban centres. Please allow for extra shipping time to addresses located in non-urban centres, as well as any delays in transit.
Please note that while we are committed to handling your packages with the utmost care and urgency, 100 Ways is not liable for delays on behalf of third-party carriers.
If you would like your order to be released without a signature, please leave a note at checkout or email hello@100ways.com with your Order Number. Please note that orders with a no-signature request will not be covered under our liability policy once tracking has been marked “delivered”.
Shipping to USA
We offer flat rate shipping of $20 USD on any orders under $300.
All standard international shipments are sent via DHL Worldwide Express Shipping with a request for Electronic Signature. Delivery options and signature release can be found under your tracking details on the DHL website.
If your package cannot be delivered, it will be rerouted to the nearest depot for redelivery or pickup. Most depots will hold parcels for up to 5 business days, at which point it will be returned to the sender.

Packages crossing the border may be subject to additional processing time for the purpose of customs and border clearance. Any paperwork or requests by US Border Services may be forwarded to hello@100ways.com, where we will be happy to assist you.
USA Customs & Duties
100 Ways is proudly based in Vancouver, Canada. Please note any duties incurred on your order are the responsibility of the client and may be collected before, during, or after the time of delivery.
Please note orders over $3,000 USD typically require a formal entry to be filed for clearance. In most cases, DHL will hold these packages at the border until the importer (client) provides the necessary paperwork. Packages being held at the border will be kept for 5 business days before they will be returned to sender.

Please note duty-free exemptions from Canada to the USA under de minimis have now expired. All packages entering the USA from Canada will be subject to applicable tariff and duty rates.
