100 Ways Two Year Warranty
100 Ways is proud to offer high quality, pre-owned and brand new jewelry. We stand behind every piece that we sell. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you have 30 days from the date you received your jewelry to send or bring back your items for a full refund. No questions asked!
If you have any issues with your jewelry, please reach out to us.
Our two year warranty is included with any piece bought after January 1, 2022. Within two years of the purchase date, we will do necessary repairs or, if repairs are not practical, offer a return of the item for store credit based on purchase price. Whether a piece will be repaired or credit is offered is at the discretion of 100 Ways.
To be eligible for our warranty, the following conditions must be met:
-
Any previous repairs, resizing, or alterations must have been completed by 100 Ways or approved by us in writing. Work performed by a third-party jeweller will void the warranty unless approved by us in advance.
-
The repair must be required due to a fault in the original craftsmanship of the piece.
All items are inspected thoroughly when they arrive at our office, and a second inspection is performed at the time of sale and/or prior to shipment. We recommend that you have your jewelry inspected annually to prevent any unnecessary damage and to prevent stone loss.
We are happy to offer this service free of charge at our head office in Vancouver, BC. Please note that tarnishing occurs naturally with most metals and polishing and re-plating services are not covered under warranty. Loss, theft, or damage due to normal wear is not covered by 100 Ways.
The warranty does not cover lost or broken gemstones. We recommend that you maintain independent insurance coverage for your jewelry to help cover significant damage, loss, or theft. In the event that there is ever a problem with your jewelry or you are in need of other services that are not covered under our two year warranty, your jewelry can be mailed back to our office for evaluation.
Once inspected, should charges apply, you will be notified prior to any work being done to service your jewelry.
Please note: To preserve the warranty, any resizing or adjustments must be completed through our in-house goldsmith or approved by us in advance. Work carried out by a third-party jeweller changes the original condition of the piece and will void the warranty.
