Vintage is a term that is used generously to describe fashion, jewellery and furniture that is from the past, but the definition itself is often up for debate. The commonly accepted timeframe to call something ‘vintage’ is anything more than 20 years old, but less than 100 when it becomes ‘antique’. Here at 100 Ways, we’ve tend to classify a piece as vintage if we can date it to before the year 2000.

This means that we’ll see some pieces from Art Deco, Retro, and Mid Century periods in our Vintage collection alongside more recent vintage pieces from the 70s and 80s.
