Each piece in this collection was created by an Indigenous artist from nations across Turtle Island. These works often feature crest figures and motifs tied to story, lineage, and land and the same symbol can carry different meanings across nations and communities.
Many pieces came to us without full context, some nearly lost to melting, others passed down through families without recognition of their origins. We’re actively working to trace where these pieces come from. If you recognize a signature or motif, we welcome your knowledge to help us honour the artist and their work. Including photos of inside markings is just the beginning, and we're committed to doing better.
Every year, 10% of all proceeds from this collection go to the Urban Native Youth Association, in support of Indigenous youth right here in Vancouver.
This June 2026, we're increasing this donation to 15% in honour of Indigenous Month.
We recognize that we live and work in Vancouver, BC which is located on the unceded, ancestral, and traditional territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations.
