100 Ways is happy to offer full refunds on orders returned within 30 days after the date of delivery.

Please note all items returned must be in the same condition as they were at the time of purchase. Accounts with exceedingly high return rates may be subject to a partial restocking fee. Please note any items that do not meet these criteria may be ineligible for return and refunds may be limited or declined at our discretion.

In the event that we cannot accept your return, we will be more than happy to ship your items back to you. We thank you for your understanding.

  

Domestic Returns (Canada)

If you would like to return an item from a Canadian address, you may simply ship the item back to us.

Please send an email to hello@100ways.com with your Order Number and the SKU Number of the item you are returning. Both numbers can be found on the packing slip included in your order, as well as on the Order Confirmation email you received at the time of purchase.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client. We always recommend sending items via tracked shipping.

Once we receive your item(s) in-store, no further action is needed. If your return is accepted, you will receive a full refund in the form of your original payment. If we require information, we will reach out to you via email. For this reason, please make sure to include a note with your name and order number in the return package.

Please note that card refunds can take up to 5 business days to process. Please note that all orders paid for in-store will be refunded via cheque if the client is unable to receive the refund in person.

 

International Returns 

We understand shipping a package internationally can be very intimidating. We are here to help! If you require assistance with your package or have any questions, please reach out to us at hello@100ways.com. We will be happy to assist you.

If you would like to return an item from an international address, you may ship the item back to us.

As your package must cross the border, please ensure to indicate “Canadian Returned Goods” on any customs paperwork that may accompany the package. When filling out the customs form, please follow these instructions:

Additional Notes: "POE: AWB [the tracking number you received from us when we shipped your order]"

Please note that any custom fees incurred on returned orders will be deducted from your total refund amount. We thank you for your understanding.

Gift Returns

If an order was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to the recipient, 100 Ways is happy to refund the total value in the form of a gift card. Gift recipients wanting an exchange or gift card must show the order confirmation email from the original purchaser as proof of receipt.

Provided that the item falls under the General Return criteria, please follow the applicable return instructions as listed above. Once we receive your item(s) in-store, a gift card will be emailed directly to you.

Please note that gift cards and credit vouchers do not expire and may be used at the discretion of the client.
